Susan Hastie received her undergrad in Family Studies from the University of Manitoba with an emphasis on cognitive and behavioural development of children, and a Masters in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary. Susan is a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (APSATS Association of Partners of Sex Addicts trauma specialists), is a Certified Addiction Counsellor (CACCF Canadian Addictions Counselling Certification Federation) and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and Certified Supervisor (ITAP International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals). She has also completed her skills training and working towards becoming an Emotionally Focused Therapist.
She is an adjunct faculty and holds a successful private practice of 30 years providing individual, marital and group counselling.
Susan has professional training/certification in ART(accelerated resolution therapy), Trauma-informed counselling, somatic therapy, ASSIST (Suicide Intervention Certificate), SASSI (Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory certification), TJTA (Taylor Johnson Temperament Analysis certification), DiSC workplace profile certification, Marriage and Enrich certification, Gottman certification for couples, Power and Control in Abusive Relationships certificate, and DAPS Detailed Assessment of Post Traumatic Syndrome.
She specializes in trauma and addictions, grief and loss, marriage relationships, self-esteem and identity, assertiveness, abuse, anxiety and depression in her counselling practice.
She supervises interns and holds the status of Certified Supervisor (PACCP) Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists of Canada).
She is a frequent guest speaker at local and national conferences.
Susan is often sought out for her ability to conduct crisis debriefings and as a consultant to organizations facing crisis.

Brianna Matchett is a Counselling Therapist with over 5 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
Brianna is dedicated to cultivating a space where people feel genuinely heard and understood. She offers a comfortable space marked by empathy and acceptance in which her clients are welcomed to voice issues and concerns. Brianna understands that clients may desire to integrate spirituality into their therapy and she is willing to use her faith along with other spiritual resources to guide clients through difficulty and challenge.
Brianna has an integrative approach to counselling and draws upon a variety of approaches depending on the needs of her clients. She integrates Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, but may also use other approaches such as Mindfulness, Family Systems

Lauren Harnett

Lauren is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who specializes in relationship dynamics and emotional intelligence. By drawing on the concepts from narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and solution focused brief therapy, Lauren is an expert at tailoring her approach to each client's unique situation. Lauren continues to focus on growth and learning, becoming SYMBIS certified and completing Level 1 in Gottman Therapy. She believes counselling can be fun and practical and brings her creativity and endless energy to every session.
With over eight years of experience working with individuals and couples across North America, she aims to help her clients achieve thriving, healthy and well-rounded lives. Using her broad relationship and leadership-based toolkit, Lauren works with clients to identify the root causes behind limiting beliefs, discouragement, lack of motivation and self-doubt resulting in confident, resilient, and strategic leaders in their industry and personal lives. Lauren is passionate about supporting individuals in the areas of leadership, integration, spiritual growth, interpersonal relationship health, and life purpose.

Carol Dizon

Carol firmly believes in the inherent worth and potential of each individual and has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of recognizing and honoring this worth in the therapeutic process. Carol’s passion is coming alongside individuals as they navigate their personal journeys, offering support and guidance to help them become the best versions of themselves. Whether it's through deep introspective conversations, mindfulness practices, or incorporating creative arts when requested. Carol is passionate about walking alongside those grieving losses.
Outside of counselling, Carol enjoys creating art using various mediums such as plaster, glass, and clay. On summer weekends, Carol is most often at a park with family and pets taking in the sun and ambiance. Because of her love of cello music, she attempted to learn to play this instrument in recent years. It is a work in progress!

Decia Novak is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who brings a kind and compassionate presence to her work with individuals and couples. Decia believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, empowering her clients in their healing, growth, and restoration. She has worked with diverse clients through a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, and personal growth, and has developed a culturally sensitive, client-centred and trauma-informed approach to helping clients grow in self-awareness, self-compassion, and increased coping strategies to help in dealing with life's challenges.
As Decia's approach is client-centred and collaborative, she tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple that she meets with, and draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Attachment Based Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowenian Family Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and is trained in Gottman Therapy Level 1 for couples. She also understands that counselling is a process, and is patient and gentle with her clients through the twists and turns of their journeys, providing a safe and steady place in which clients can explore their own growth.
When she is not working, Decia enjoys spending time with her husband, creating adventures out of the big and the small events they experience together. She also enjoys her two cats (Quince and Attle), creating over-the-top custom baking and cooking delicious meals, engaging in arts and crafts of all kinds, reading and watching movies, going for walks and hikes, and soaking in lots of warm summer sunshine.

Denis Sushkin

Denis is a therapist with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families since 2006. Denis worked in education and social services until 2017 when he became a counsellor. He uses an integrative approach, combining Internal Family Systems, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. Denis also specializes in couples counselling, drawing on Systemic Family Therapy, the Developmental Model, and the Gottman Method. He specializes in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening emotional bonds to assist couples in developing and repairing their relationship.
When Denis is not at work, He is a partner, a parent, and a proud dog owner. He balances his professional life with his personal responsibilities and joys, such as spending time with loved ones, reading and travelling.

Elisa Jersak

Elisa Jersak received her Masters in Counselling from Providence University and Seminary. Elisa is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and professional member with Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Elisa has professional training in trauma, grief, loss, Brainspotting, ASIST (suicide intervention training) and Mental Health First Aid.
Elisa specializes in grief, loss, trauma, anxiety and depression in her counselling practice in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Elisa is the clinical lead at Turning Leaf Support Services working with participants who have a mental health diagnosis and intellectual challenges. In addition, she provides trainings and critical incident debriefs for staff.
Elisa is the Infant Loss Department Coordinator at the Family Support Centre providing counselling care for those who have experienced a child loss, birth trauma and postpartum blues/depression.

Andrea is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Counselling, and a background in leadership and Spiritual Development.
I am married, have two teenage sons and a dog named Maggie, and live in Calgary.

Tanya is a Student Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and is in the last year of her Master's of Counselling Psychology degree through Yorkville University. Drawing from over 20 years of experience as a teacher and working with families, Tanya integrates knowledge and empathy into her practice. In addition to her teaching background, she has volunteered as a group facilitator for over 15 years, leading various kinds of programs.
Her approach is client-centered and collaborative, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and actively involved in their therapeutic journey. Tanya is passionate about empowering individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges, and fostering resilience and well-being.
